• former = set to "true" for former municipalities
• name = name of municipality (required)
• flag = image file of flag (optional)
• cities = Cities/towns (optional)
• villages = villages (optional)
• hamlets = hamlets (optional)
• province (optional); this is used to create a link to the page "List of cities, towns and villages in province", so the name should correspond to the title of the page; in particular: use "Dutch Limburg" or "Limburg (Netherlands)" for Limburg
