جيمس أبلتون هو ضابط وسياسي أمريكي، ولد في 1786 في في الولايات المتحدة، وتوفي في 25 أغسطس 1862.[1][2][3] نشط حزبياً في الحزب الفيدرالي الأمريكي. وقد انتخب .
